Nerf tube - single dart launcher

I wanted to try printing a Nerf blaster plunger tube & after a couple attempts I printed this one & it worked okay. It's not going to be getting 90fps out the barrel any day soon, but it does fire much further than the plunger moves. Modelled in Solidworks.

Push a dart into one end, ram the plunger into the other end hard & the dart fires.

Be sensible while firing Nerf darts.
I wont be responsible if you make a child cry.

Print instructions

Your machine needs to be pretty well tuned to make sure the parts fit well. Print each part separately to increase chances of better surface finishes.

I used 0.24 layers, 10% infill.
