Print flat on their rear ( as pictured ) and support the openings. Use 5 vertical shells ( assuming 0.4 nozzle ) to ensure that the rail interface is solid and slightly flexible. PLA+ is recommended for general durability. Front sight hood will have some give, and has survived most drops from shoulder height that I've subjected it to. Plenty durable for the airsoft field. Optimized for minimum clean up.
Installation requires an M4x25mm socket head bolt and M4 nut per sight. Be sure all support material is clear of the openings and use your bolt to press the nut as far into the side as it can go. Fitment was made as tight as possible to help with tolerance stacking across various manufacturers of airsoft products. It may be necessary to do some light sanding, but will otherwise slide tightly into place.
As not all rail lengths and hop ups can be accommodated in a single design, point of aim/point of impact is difficult to determine. Increasing or decreasing the distance between them should give some gross adjustment to their ‘zero’.
