Fan Mounted CR Touch

Quick remix of the Fan Mounted BLTouch cover to allow for fitting of the CR Touch.   Hole in the middle for the CR Touch cable.    +2mm offset used, should fit with a 12mm bolt, with 1 M3 hexnut to lower the sensor to +0 offset.   Roughly the height of the ABL Mount.
