I re-designed Pawpawpaw85's strain relief to have a lower profile so there is zero chance of nozzle coolers interfering at maximum Y-extension when using PEI/Buildtak adhered directly to the heatbed.
This design has an elongated nut-trap so it will fit the Duplicator v1 with bolt hole ~3mm from the edge as well as the v2 and newer models (Monoprice/Cocoon, etc.) with a bolt hole hidden under the PEI/BuildTak located ~6mm from the edge.
Necessary materials:
1 piece of scotch tape (to hold nut in place during install if the nut trap isn't tight enough)
Install:
unplug your printer from AC/mains power
reveal the bolt hole near the heatbed wires
install the m3 nut in the nut-trap and secure in place with a piece of tape

ABS will work too. Recommend against using PLA since it will sag over time due to the heat exposure.
