FormD T1 Dual Single Slot PCI mod

This piece allows a second single slot PCI card to be mounted in the FormD T1 and still be fully supported by the PCI slot in the rear. This basically just supports the tab on the metal bracket of the second card.

Use a 20mm and a 6mm hex standoff and put them in the hex shaped hole, then insert a nut in to the slot to give the piece threads. A screw from the back will fully mount this.

An M3-.50 square nut is required.
