This is a remix of my 18500 holder. It is practically identical, just extented to fit an 18650 and with some tweeked dimensions to make pcb fitting easier, mounting holes be a sensible distance apart etc.
I only have salvaged batteries to test fit with at the moment, so the fit may be a bit tight as I tried to make up for the spot welds. If anyone wants to tweak it should be as simple as spliting down the middle and extending/sizing down as needed. If the difference is more than .2-3mm it may affect the spacing of the pins for the pcb mounting.
See the description of the original for more detailed instructions/notes:

Identical procedure to my 18500 holder design.
This model prints without supports. The tolerances are pretty tight but nothing that should be a problem for a moderately tuned printer. Due to some small details I only printed with 0.2mm layer height. I recommend using 2 walls to help with the strength of the thinner parts of the holder.
The pins are spaced to allow pcb mounting (71 mm). The holes at the bottom are 45mm apart. Total footprint of the holder should be 22 x 74.6 x 20.5 mm
