Optional parts for Thumper (Click on files to see visual 3D files)

Narrow wheels fit trailers. Wide wheels technically fit. beware of oversizing. 

STL files have a Prefix letter. All parts for each set are marked with the same prefix letter.

Example: If you wanted the Hood with breather you need all STL files that begin with an A

A- Hood with breather passing through hood

B- Hood with Breather and hood scoop

AorB- Use with A or B hoods

E- Bass front bumper without winch mount

F- Bass front bumper with winch mount

H- Adjustable (0 to -1mm gear mesh) Heavy Duty axle centers (Thumper Front- Morrigan Front and Rear) Add 18mm screws and nuts to keep from splitting. 

I- Adjustable (0 to -1mm gear mesh) Heavy Duty axle centers (Thumper Rear NOT rear steer) Add 18mm screws and nuts to keep from splitting. 

J- Tie Rod additional length options (As marked) 

K- MotorPlate3536 

L- MotorPlate3548 ( You will have to find a new place for your ESC)

N- Differential Guard

O- New Sporty Seat 

P- Steel Wheel Set

Q- Steel Wheel set with visible Locker

R- Alloy Wheel set

S- Alloy Wheel set with visible Locker - March 15th 2023 - fixed narrow outer wheel 

Y- Four belt gears

Z- Two belt gears 

AA- Heavy Duty axles for Thumper - front and rear steer- Optional Spindles with and without 3x6x2.5 pivot bearings.

AB- Tire Carrier - Replaces License Plate- by Brandon 

AC- Tire Carrier Skeletonized - Replaces License Plate- by Brandon 

AD- YJ Conversion (hood, grill, bumper, lights)

Transmission gear rules:  There are two gear 

Each belt is a gear set. A gear set must have a total of 51- teeth for proper belt tension. 

Example: A 22T tooth gear must match with a 29T tooth gear- total =51

A 18T must pair with a 33T =51
