You can purchase press on knobs for socket cap screws but they don't have a very good grip. I needed one for 5mm socket cap screws that I could apply more torque with. They have star shaped knobs that are much better in that regard, but not in a press on style. So I combined the press on style with the star shape and now you can print your own.
