Due to alignment discrepancies in the version of the slicers I used. I have uploaded a Bambu Slicer version and an Orca Slicer version. Please choose the one that matches your preferred slicer. There will be no Cura or PrusaSlicer version as they do not currently support multi-built-plate projects.
If you face errors (ie weird scaling and orientation) on build plate 02, I have uploaded a folder with the stl files for build plate 2. I have also included a 3mf. Try that first to see if it works.
if you have to place the parts on the build plate manually please note the orientation as seen in the picture below. Some parts will also need support.
I have added a version of the right_top_panel in Japanese katakana (アーク) for the Japanese P1P community. Please download “right top panel アーク.stl” in the file section.
Minor updates to the 3mf file:
Update to ARC user manual, now version 1.3 (dated 20230620):
2 weeks back Bambu Lab uploaded a precaution regarding the installation of an enclosure for P1P (Precaution for P1P enclosure). Last week, it was brought to my attention by members of the P1P community.
In my opinion, with or without an enclosure, an MCU fan is a must for any printer because the environmental condition of a printer can vary greatly. I have been advising Bambu Lab to enable the MCU fan port for the P1P since Jan this year, and I am glad that in the next firmware update, the MCU fan port on the P1P can be turned ON & OFF using gcode.
Moving forward, I would advise users who want to install any enclosure on their P1P to install the 5v 4pin 4010 MC fan that Bambu Lab sells in their store.

Looking to source your own M3xOD5mmxL3mm brass inserts:
* Check with the ARC kit sellers too. Some do include the brass inserts in the kit while others do sell them separately.
One of my favourite isekai manga/anime is Skeleton Knight in Another World. It’s an adventure of an overpowered skeleton in a bad-ass armour. The P1P reminded me of the main character - ARC.
Using a creative pragmatic philosophy, I designed ARC to serve a function beyond an aesthetic modification. It has to be strong & structurally sturdy (within the limit of printed parts), with the capability to adapt to different users' requirements and customizations.
The printed parts for ARC will require around 1kg of filamentsFor users who intend to have their P1P as an open build (or with Arch-peglago panels) that prints PLA or PETG, ARC can be printed in PLA or PLA+. For users who are looking for an enclosed system, ARC has to be printed in ABS and ASA, or at least in PETG to withstand the enclosure temperature of 50-60°C.
Please download the BOM file “ARC_BOM 2023XXXX.pdf” for the type and quantity of parts needed for building the ARC. The BOM file is dated YYYYMMDD. Please use the most updated version.
The 3mf has all the stls with orientation and individual settings. It is now tuned for PETG filament, Bambu Textured PEI bed and printing on the P1P. If you are printing with other types of filament/printer, update the settings accordingly. Please read the user guide, which will provide you with information to help your forward, but not hold your hands along the way. Building ARC should be a learning and discovery journey, just like the anime.
* Setting on the 3mf is a guide, and you will still need to check and adjust to suit your brand of filament.

If you are sending or cutting your own Acrylic or PC panels, please use the dxf or svg files. Below are the sizing of the panels.
Need an activated carbon filter? I have 2 designs that will fit the enclosed ARC.
Printing only PLA, but need to keep pets and kids from putting their hands into the printer? I have pegboard side panels that ventilate the printer.
Want to install the X1 stock cable chain? I have the bracket for it.
ARC is free for individuals to use for their own personal non-commercial usage. There is no Patreon or OnlyFans (hahaha). However, if you like my designs and want to contribute to my coffee addiction & help fund the filaments I need for prototyping, a contribution to my Ko-fi or paypal.me will be greatly appreciated.
Any small businesses who wish to provide panel kits for ARC, please contact me first. I am open to collaboration as long as there is no conflict of interest.
As with all my designs, it may and may not work for you. So print and install at your own discretion.
