Tight Cherry MX cap

This is a key cap for the Cherry MX switch. It is relatively small and is suitable for tight spacing of switches. The shaft is designed to fill the available space around the post with as much material as possible to ensure a solid connection to the switch that will stand up to years of use.

Print instructions

The styled cap is intended to be used with multi material printing. The various pars can be printed with different colors and the key top can be modeled to have symbols and characters.

The profile is perfectly flat so there is room for improvement. A chamfer around the top edge would be a good step up
