Hello,

I've designed and made this bearing. It works i pretty good:) I've made various designs but this one works the best for me now. I use 4 of these on my spoolholder for a smoother feeding to my extruder.

**Fixed the issue that the outer ring doesnt come loose**

UPDATE: on the 0.2mm version, when meassuring in Fusion i saw some flaws. Now it should print more easy and the rollers may need some help to get loose.

Print instructions:

  • 0.2mm layer height
  • I prefer to print it in PETG but PLA also works
  • Printed on a ender 3 v2
  • Printing time 27 min

Ive added a new design, the main change is that there is less overhang on the middle.

It requires a proper calibrated printer since the tolerances are below the .5mm between roller and “cage”. On my ender 3 v2 the bearing came of functioning but the smaller the tollerance the more you need to help the bearing getting to roll.

Good luck printing!!

Please let me know if it workes for you:) and if you think i can make the tolerances a little bit more challenging or you want to try one with bigger tolerances, i will adjust the bearing!
