MK2.5s-MK3s Palette 2 Extruder Clip

Created mostly from scratch based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2986538.

My Palette 2 sits on top of my Lack enclosure and I was having issues with the PTFE popping out of the rubber grommet.

This design more securely clasps the tube, hopefully preventing that from happening, so far it hasn't.
