I created this to protect the corners of HQST 100 watt solar panels (30mm thick) and provide spacing between the panels.

The panel frame dimensions used for designing these bumpers are 7mm x 30mm x 25mm (small front side of panel, side of panel, larger back side of panel).

There is a slightly raised bump on the inside to help lock the bumper in place that fits into the larger square hole on the backside of the frame in each corner.

The specifications were very precise, so you might want to do a test print and upsize as required depending on how dialed in your printer is.

Material: Inland PLA+

Printed on an AnkerMake M5. 16x bumpers took 8.5 hours.
