Air Cleaner

People know, resin printing is smelly and dirty.
Though i formerly used the tiny Elegoo Air Purifier, i wasn t satisfied with the result

So this is my own construction

Based on two 120 mm Fans it sucks air from left,  pull and blow it through activated carbon chips and another Filter to surpress the smell.

My printer (MARS 3) is located in a housing, but this is of course not entirely sealed.

But the Air Cleaner circulate the Air several times a minute inside of the box, so it cross the carbon over and over again.
The improvement compared to the Elegoo Air purifier is remarkable!

So what do yo need?

• 2 Fans
  I used 2 two Noctua NF-F12 PWM to keep it silent, but be carefull, the pressure is weak so the amount of Carbon must be reduced and the body must not be filled more than 50% of its width.
  So any other more powerfull Fan is applicable  as well
• Electric power for the Fans of your choice.
  I used an old power adapter for an external PC hard drive.

  Be carefull that the chips are not smaller than the grid (2.5 mm).
  Otherwise it will be a dusty start from the Fans…

  I had to refuse it because of the power of the Noctuas, but the Model is prepared for it

• 12x M3 Screws at least 16 mm long

You need to print the grating and the bush twice.
The Seals are not mandatory, actually i had to add them because the prototype was too tight for the Noctua Fans, but this is resolved.
Anyway, if you love to print TPU, go ahead.
