Bosch Professional - GTS 635 216 - Suction Hose Adapter To 36 mm

This is my take on a DIY suction hose adapter for the GTS 635 216 bench saw. My vacuum cleaner from Einhell has a hose with an outer diameter of 36mm and an end socket wall thickness of 2mm. This adapter takes both into account and provides a secure fit and no obstacles for the sawdust.

Print instructions

3mf file provides all necessary presets:

• Print with brim for a secure vertical print orientation
• 3+ perimeters for wall strength
• 25%+ for the upper part where the geometry widens
