Exercise hoop carriage

@yappingboy's Weighted fitness hoop segment, this carriage, some string and something for the weight is all you need. Print as many links as you need, then this carriage. The pegs should fit some 3/8" ID bearings. There are some “tires” that you can print out out of TPU to glue to the outside of the bearings, if you want.
