Base for Warpsters Automatic Filament Rewinder

For the Automatic filament Rewinder design Warpster has made his base out of wood. Since I do not have a CNC machine I wanted to make this base out of plastic. 

But none of my printers have a printbed large enough to print the base that is 45 cm wide. So I split the 2 boards in fusion with a dovetail cut. This way it will fit well and have an extra strong hold. Better than a strait split. My own print had a nice snug fit. Just a little push to get it to lock in to each other. I did use some superglue to make sure it will not come loose. 

I printed it with a 40% infill to make it strong and heavy enough to stand solid when running the machine. The total weight is about 1.5 kg. 

The files have a “Full” board size for those that do have a printbed large enough to print 45 cm and the “Half” sizes that will require a printbed of minimum 25cm. See the filenames for which you will need.
