ALL Sizes Bed Level Test - Your First Print

I like to start each day with a fresh cup of coffee and my personal Bed Level Test. That ensures a great morning and perfect prints every time!

The test printed with red filament is ideal.

The extrusion lines are connected and cohesive.

The test printed with black filament shows an example of a Z offset that is set too high.

There is not enough “squish” on the first layer, or connection between extrusion lines.

If you experience this, you need to lower your Z offset incrementally to make them connect. 

I've included a custom sized model for your printer. That means there's no need to resize. Each model is only .25mm thick, so you'll only print one layer for the test. My tests used around half a meter of plastic and took under six minutes to complete.

It's All In The Details:

The corners each have a 20mm square to check for the appropriate “squish” at the corners, and there's a simple cross-hair for finding your bed center. The circle is set at 50% of your bed width, so you can easily see where 25%, center, and 75% ( yes, I know that is redundant ) is located around your particular bed.
