Parametric Headphone Bracket

A simple holder for over-ear headphones. The model was designed for a Sony WH-1000XM4 with a Fully Jarvis standing desk (20mm). The model is parametric, so it can easily be adjusted to your individual needs.

Customize model:

1. Download the fusioin360 file (.f3d)
2. Open the model
3. Under the MODIFY dropdown you will find a menu called “Change Parameters”
4. Only update the “DeskThickness" and "HeadphoneWidth” values under expression
5. Hit OK and the model should be updated
6. (optional) add a logo or monogram on the front face
7. Export to .stl or .stp for printing

Printing:

• Don't go too low on the infill, as we want the clamp to be rigid (>15%)
• You can print the model as shown in the pictures or with the logo facing down
• When the logo is on the bed, the arched headphone piece will be smoother
• Both orientations require support for a nice horizontal surface
• I've used PLA and both 0.2 and 0.15 layer height worked fine
