Gabion and Fence Spacer (Abstandshalter Rautenbretter)

For the fence with our neighbour we cdecided to interchangeably use gabions and wood fence. The rhomb shaped wooden bars needed something that centeres them and keeps constant space from each other.

So I built this spacer, four variants: solid and head end open / left and right. The head end open spacers are used where a flathead screw was sitting. Only one version (left or right) in the files directory, use mirror function to build the counterpart.

Printed them in a bulk in PETG. Looks good and works pretty fine.
