Prints are intended to be placed on top of the front tyre in such a way that you get a visual reference above the handlebar to adjust it so that it is perpendicular to the wheel. The jig(s) have an 8mm hole for the placement of a suitable bar (I had an old 3d printer rod, but a screw thread rod should work) to get the 90° reference alignment. This hole may need to be cleaned after printing with an 8mm drill bit to get the bar in.
For your safety, ensure that you know how to adjust handlebar stems including the correct torque settings for bike stem bolts before attempting any adjustments.
It helps if the bike is vertically mounted on a trainer stand to make the adjustments easier and check that the bike and jig perpendicular are horizontal with a bubble level etc.
Printing is straight forward and if you want a colour change to highlight the text and line embossing can be made at 0.8mm.
Suggested print parameters:
at this stage I have only uploaded for 4 tyre sizes (perhaps more to come later) but should work with tyre widths slightly less, eg the 25C jig should work on a 23C tyre.
