Ledger Nano S Plus Case

Case for the Ledger Nano S Plus, based off of cases I found for the X and S. I couldn't find something similar for the S Plus so I built this one for it. Note the threads are really tight initially. Have to screw the cap on and off a few times working it in. Once broken in they will become smooth.

No supports or skirts needed.

Updated threads to be .35mm smaller on 12/31/22. Hopefully that makes the lid easier to break in.
