Babboe Curve Front Light Holder for B+M IXON Eyro

In case I sold our beloved Babboe Curve-E cargo bike I wanted to improve the horrible stock front lights (2019 model)
so I cam up with a recent B+M (Busch und Müller) Lumotec IXON Eyro

The Light fits perfect for that kind of needs cause its very bright (30 Lux) and with one on each side you have 60Lux in total plus you can buy two of them for around 50€. Best advantage of these lights is that they are indirect and the light is shut up at the top so they do not blend passing cars.

I wanted to use the already used pipes on the lower front of the frame cause they were meant to hold the lights. The title pipes have little holes on the backside - in process of design I decided to use them as an anchor in every dimension.

Design uses 1x M4s ruthex brass inserts

and 1x M5 x 25mm hex screw, to better fix the holder of the light I used some washer like 5,6x13x2

print it in ASA from extrudr in perfect matching grey

no rafts

just supports (everywhere)
