This is a curtain rod support or mount made for 1/2" EMT conduit that can be bought at a local hardware store 

A 74" pipe could hold over 100lbs with the "MID SUPPORT" file- 

(printed with 20% cubic infill .3mm layer height and 3 walls)

all parts are printed laying flat 

use AT LEAST 3 perimeters or walls
