I made these up as a semi-heavy duty solution for mounting some large paintings. They are quite sturdy in PLA and print with minimal supports.

I use 3/8 " wood screws to anchor these to frames securely. I recommend pre-drilling to prevent frame splitting. Make sure to measure frame thickness first!

Its possible to print the edge bracket on its side, but then you run the risk of it splitting at the screw holes. I recommend 4 shells when printing.

I have supplied models with offsets from 0mm to 10mm, in 2.5mm steps. This should cover most if not all cases. I might need to add negative offsets for very thick frames :-)
