Satsana Ender 5 Plus with Spider 3.0 HE and Steel BLT

As described, this configuration lets the creality spider 3.0 fit nicely in the satsana. It also allows for more direct air flow being that it is wider that the stock hotend. 

This should be useful on stock and upgraded hotend configurations.
