I have seen this and was impressed from the idea. So I rebuild this from out of my memory.
You need to have these stl files printed, then a strip of a brush, bend it accordingly. Find out lengths of M6 thread rods, assemble it and your good to clean up your shooting range conveniently.
It my be that I found the universal joint somewhere in Thingiverse, then I modified it. Thanks to the unknown pioneer of this joint!
