This model is a modified version of the model on SketchFab by TheKnightDuck.
My goal was to experiment with overhangs and try to minimize supports by changing angles in the model.
I used Blender with proportional editing and sculpting.
I spend quite some time adjusting and printing.
The end result is nice enough to print, but not without supports.
The model is in 1 piece, except for the whiskers.
Those just won't print nicely when they are on the model.
I made some holes in his face so you can add whiskers later (soldering iron or glue)
(edit 1: I ended up using 4 pieces of filament which I shaped with a dremel and some sanding paper. I then bend them by keeping a soldering iron close to the filament. The printed whiskers are a bit thin and I broke two of them while preparing the model for priming.)
In PrusaSlicer, I blocked some supports but the tail, hat and left hand really need them.
Be very careful when removing supports from his hand particularly.
I added infill modifiers in the slicer to make sure his wrists and ankles are solid, but especially the hands are vulnerable,
The height of the model I generated the g-code for, is 111 mm
I am always open to suggestions, ideas, wishes.. etc.
