Toy Crane load carrier

For a toy crane I made a better base for (https://www.printables.com/model/349241-toy-crane-stable-base), it was just begging for a load carrier so you can haul things to new heights with it.

Use a M3 x 20 hex head bolt as the connector to the crane hook.
