Pipe fittings with plug and gasket

This set included fittings for ¾" nominal PVC pipe (pipe OD is 1.050").  Included is a blank cap, a coupler for joining 2 pipes as well as an adapter that glues to the pipe and has a threaded end that receives a matching threaded plug with a TPU gasket.  

I made these so I could store welding rod clean and dry inside the pipe, but many other uses are possible.  They fit snugly on the pipe so they will not fall off, but can be glued on for permanent applications.  The threaded plug will probably fit better when printed at 98 or 99% scale in X and Y, 100 % in Z.  I printed a gasket out of TPU, but that could be left out or cut from rubber or something similar.

This set should scale easily to other pipe or tube sizes using the outer diameter ratio.  For example, the models were made for 1.050" (¾" nominal) PVC pipe, so to adjust to fit 1.315" OD pipe calculate: 1.315/1.050=1.252.  So print at 125.2% scale.
