MakerFarm i3v Inductive Sensor Mount - Volcano

Modified to work with longer E3D Volcano hot end. Designed for approximately 18cm diameter inductive sensor (http://a.co/9wMezOl). Uses the existing 15mm M3 screw on the X carriage.
