GMG Heat Shield Alignment Tool

To be used for both prime and choice Green Mountain Grill pellet grills. Print model for whatever grill you own. It makes heat shield installation easier. It should go without saying that your grill needs to be COLD when using this tool, and you want to take it out before you fire it up. There are 2 Daniel Boone versions, one with measurements from the hopper out of the book, and the other one is from a friend of mine. I will happily add any measurements you'd like if you message me. I added a DB model for my Canadian neighbors to the north.

Print instructions

Add 2 8x3mm magnets to it to help it stay in place on the heat shield. Print with the side down for the best results. The JB one is too big for the build plate and will need to be printed diagonally. Good luck and happy smoking.
