Per request:

-Base now available in 4 parts to allow printing on Ender 2.

-All joint sections reinforced and will require adhesive or cohesive for stability. Superglue or epoxy work well.

-Each section has a flat side for build plate but will require supports on all parts. Make sure and add plenty of shells. Recommend 4 perimeters minimum.

Works with old and new Ender 2 revisions. Its 4mm wider than the old base. Special mount holes for Fuginator's PSU housing.

If your anything like me you prefer to have as few extra parts flying around your printer as possible. I wanted a base that essentially becomes part of the printer while housing the PSU and offering stability. Being able to pick the thing up in one piece was essential. hutchyx's remix was on the right path as its one piece. Problem was its to big and works for the older revision of the Ender 2. So I chopped it, added some pegs so gluing is simple , reinforced the seam, added mount holes for a PSU case, and added some width to handle the new versions of the Ender 2.

Took me about 32 hrs of printing for both sections combined and roughly half a spool of filament. I had some fails so hard to tell how much I actually used.

The base works great and I didn't even use glue. Just let the PSU mount handle the 2 parts.

Enjoy and happy printing!

Print with low density supports as it leaves less scars and removes much more easy. PLA works great for this PETG was a mess and ABS will shrink to much.
