This Lens cap is designed to be printed without supports at 0.15mm layerheight and has some tight tolerances so the locking mechanism most likely has to be broken loose wich is best done by carefully bending the parts in different directions. Afterwards it may still be necessary to rub the parts tightly against each other for a while so everything feels smoother. There is also a version with way bigger tolerances
I also tried scaling another cap from 49mm to 52mm by applying factor of 1.061 (52/49) in x and y direction whereas the z direction has to stay the same to keep the thread pitch of 0.75mm. This worked out very well. But this method obviously doesn't work for any size as it will also mess with the tolerances and overhang angles.
