Print four of these bad boys, cut six equal lengths of 38mm x 38mm (2" x 2") wood, and you’ll have yourself one impressive tetrahedron!

• The Tetrahedron Corner Joint. Honestly, what more do you need? Since a tetrahedron is essentially a 3D equilateral triangle, one angle model does the trick.

Fun Fact:
The tetrahedron is the simplest of all ordinary convex polyhedra and the only one with fewer than five faces. (-- Wikipedia) With such unique characteristics, who wouldn’t want one?

Pro Tip:
The smaller the tetrahedron, the trickier assembly becomes due to flex and gap tolerances. For pieces shorter than 8" (20 cm), you’ll need to wiggle parts outward to fit the last piece, then gradually adjust all corners back into place. For a seamless build, rotate and align carefully—patience pays off!
