FlashForge Creator Pro filament cooling fan duct and mounting plate to mount at the end of the cooling bar.
Rafts:
No
Supports:
No
Resolution:
200 microns
Notes:
I printed mine in ABS since it has to be heat resistant up there so close to the nozzle.
Some M3/M4 screws and nuts are required.
The mounting plate attaches to the end of the cooling bar. The duct and the blower fan (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00H8VV0XK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage) mount to the plate
One weird thing is I put a hole in the duct to go over one of the two mounting screws. I countersinked the left screw and left the right one farther out. I did this to have more total plastic between the screw head and the cooling bar to hopefully make it last longer. You can modify this pretty easily in AutoDesk Fusion 360 pretty easily if you like.
Also, this adds the width of the plate and the fan to the carriage and the default wait position in MakerBot Desktop is now too far to the left. At least it is on my set up where I'm using Raffle's aluminum carriage, but I suspect with the default setup because the cooling bar is the same. So you need to change the start gcode to be a few millimeters to the right.
I used AutoDesk Fusion 360. The links to the models are here:
