Index wheel for minilathe Hobbymat MD65 (and Proxxon SD300)

Inspiriert durch die Indexscheibe von Tony_G (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:726758) habe ich für meine Minidrehmaschine Hobbymat MD65 (baugleich mit Proxxon SD300) eine Indexscheibe mit 5 Grad-Einteilung konstruiert. Damit kann ich ganz einfach Teilkreise direkt an der Drehmaschine bohren und fräsen.

Die Riemenscheibe an der Drehspindel muss vor der Benutzung abgebaut werden. Den eigentlichen Indexer (aus Messing und Alu) habe ich direkt an der Maschine an die vorhandene M5-Bohrung am Spindelstock angepasst.

Inspired by the index disc of Tony_G (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:726758), I designed a five-degree index disc for my Hobbymat MD65 mini lathe (identical to the Proxxon SD300). This allows me to easily drill and mill pitch circles directly on the lathe.

The pulley on the spindle must be removed before use. The actual indexer (made of brass and aluminum) I have adapted directly to the machine to the existing M5 bore on the headstock.
