This is a remake of my 70 mm PSU cover for the CHENGLIANG P360W24V used in the Sovol SV06 (https://www.printables.com/de/model/341847-sovol-sv06-psu-case-cover-for-silent-70-mm-fan-and).

By using a 92 mm fan, the fan speed can be further reduced so that this fan is nearly silent.

There are holes for fusible nuts (M3 with 4.6 mm outer diameter).

Unlike the original case cover, the bottom vents are a bit higher up, so they are not covered on the Sovol SV06.

When wiring, make sure that the cables cannot touch any components that heat up or pull a temperature-resistant protective sleeve over the cable.

The fan used in the picture is this ARCTIC AF9225L: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B000VFMPOS

The fan grill I used on the outside is this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4935806

The fan can be mounted with up to four M3x10 countersunk screws from the inside. With exception of the screw in the corner of the step down converter, it can also be mounted with M3x35 screws from the outside (use Nyloc-nuts on the inside).

There is a small hole in the cover where you can adjust the potentiometer of the step-down-converter. With that you can further reduce the fan noise by slowing it down. Since the fan ist larger and can breath more free than the original fan setup, there should be enough headroom for doing this. Just take care that it starts reliably and blows enough air into the PSU for cooling.

If you like my design, please leave a like and post a make!
