MFT bench dogs

These bench dogs have a diameter or 19.9 mm and are thus fully compatible with the Festool and Wolfcraft MFT (and probably most other MFTs around).

I created 3 different types for different wood panel thicknesses:

2.5 mm height for 3 mm wood panel thickness
8.0 mm height for 9 mm wood panel thickness
18 mm height for 19 mm wood panel thickness

This gives clearance for grinding, planing etc.
