Hexagonal Pegboard

A simple and decorative alternative to a pegboard. You can use this to make tool holders that hold a small number of tools.

I've included a template hexagonal insert for making your own inserts and CAD dimensions in the images.

Print instructions

Note: My printer has a different nozzle and some slightly sketchy settings, so I would not recommend using the G-Code I uploaded. I would also do your own prints with different settings, first starting with the pegboard and then the hexagon insert template to see if they insert tight enough.

Print Settings
0.8mm Nozzle (Set as 0.6mm in PrusaSlicer)
0.3mm Layer Height, 0.4mm First Layer
5% Infill (Should not matter)
No Supports*
Print Orientation shown in CAD images.

*I used supports ONLY on the Triangular Support!
