The Prusa MINI's connections to the heatbed are by default at the bottom of the heatbed (last picture), but the copper contactpatches are at the top. From electrical standpoint, that doesn't add up.
Prusa claims that this is no issue which I'm not questioning at all. It just looks more efficient to me that the contactpatch is as large as possible to reduce the resistance to a MINImum (pun intended).
I've found a design by lennert vd kort which addresses this issue. Since it did not have any cable relief, I've added one in this remix. You can secure it with a optional zip tie and hide the head at the bottom.
I also added 1 extra mm of height to the top part to accommodate an (optional) extra washer on the top. So far as I can see, there is no danger of hitting anything.
How to print

Assembly
The screw holes on the top part are closed for printing purposes so that there is no need for supports. Use a screwdriver to punch threw those holes when assembling everything together.
Since there are 2 more holes now than the original part, you'll need some extra parts:
You can follow the assembly guide of the MK3 from step 3. Assemble everything before trying to mount it to the plate so you know that all the screws grab properly.
I've assembled everything in this order:
As noted by lennert vd kort, use these parts at your own risk.
When assembled, you can use a zip tie to optionally secure the cable. Hide the head underneath for a clean look.
