Attempt to make two blade paper cutter with changeable blades. It works but as I tried to use two blades it takes more friction. Just use ONE blade and it's good to go. See the pictures as I am showing how to install the blade. You cannot put the blade the other way around because inside the “lock”  the hole is a shape of the blade. See the section analysis pic.

Print the locks like in Cura picture where the locks are yellow. No need supports. But if you want to print them sideways like in pic use supports. Used supports when printed sideways. I have my setting for Support Overhang Angle 50%. Used with 15% infill to everything. When I printed those locks where they are yellow (Cura pic) I had elephant foots and that's bad. So I changed my Top/Bottom Line Width to same as Layer Height. (Check pic). My print sticked to the printing table without brim. And no elephant foot no more.

You can use a little knife or screwdriver to “open” the hole for blade in lock if it is slightly shut. Make sure that the blade goes to it's place. I measured the length so you can see how much it comes out “about”. aprox 7.7mm Be careful with blades =)

I added the locks with different Offset so you can find the right one to your print. If you have problems with them then ask help. I can adjust more.

If the lock is hard to remove by hand use small screwdriver etc to remove it. Lock with blade goes better to its place when you widen the papper cutters paper slot.

I have the cutter for utility knife blade but it's so thick (blade) that it won't cut so good.
