They're too much! It's the Miser Brothers from the 1974 stop motion Christmas Classic “The Year Without a Santa Claus” by Rankin/Bass Productions.
These models are based on vector images provided by ClipartWarehouse on Etsy and use layer-based colour changes through PrusaSlicer.
I've provided pre-sliced g-code files for a stock MK3S using generic PLA. There are two versions for each miser brother - one for a 0.4mm nozzle/0.20 layers and another for a 0.25mm nozzle/0.10mm layers. These g-code files already have the colour changes built in and ordered as follows:
Snow Miser: Clear → Black → White → Clear → Blue
Heat Miser: Clear → Black → White → Skin → Red → Orange
I printed both models scaled down to 80% on the X and Y axes and used a 0.25mm nozzle with 0.10mm layers to get the size/detail level I wanted.
If you're going to slice it yourself and want to scale the model up or down, just remember that only the X and Y axes should be changed. Leave the Z axis at 100%, otherwise the layers may not line up with the colour transitions properly.
Scroll through the photos for screenshots of the colour transition configurations - including transition heights - that I used in PrusaSlicer.
