Big illuminated magnifier on foot, in two sizes. Lens was a condensor lens in a projector. I had it in two sizes, 128mm and 109 mm diameter. The frame holds three 22mm diameter 100 mm long alu tubes which contain one or more 18650 batteries. The frame is made for the depicted parts : switch, micro USB charger PCB. Schematics is simple, connect the battery to charger, then connect all LEDs to battery through switch and a resistor 1ohm-10 ohm, the value determines the brightness. I had 5.1 ohm. The LEDS are parallel connected with 0.2mm enamel wire which is hidden under the lens edge. Drill holes for wire.
Cut the charger PCB in half and connect the two parts with 1 cm long wires and bend it away from the tube. Drill 4mm hole in tube so you can see the charger LEDs. Cut out parts of the alu tube where necessary to allow room for the switch and charger PCB. The tubes must go all the way in, tight fit. Close the battery tube with a cork.
When the lights and charger tested OK, glue all parts in the frame.
Modify diameter : in the Tinkercad design the 109mm version can easily be taken apart, keep the feet, modify the rings. Add 1.5mm to your lens diameter, PLA shrinks that much.
For exact positioning of feet and LEDs, use a 6-side polygon temporarily in your design.
