NOTE: this model is toleranced for SLA printing.
It was edited in Onshape and I have parametarised the m3 holes, bearing slot and captive nut slot. The parts which I have edited have a prefix “EDITED” the rest in the onshape document are unchanged.
Link to the onshape so you can adjust tolerances if you wish (changing the three variables at the top of the feature tree will update these four parts only):

I printed it on a mars 3 pro in Elegoo standard white resin. I printed all parts flat direct on the (flexplate) bed to get perfect tolerance on the holes. (the m3 holes are 3mm in the 3D model)

Replaced the heatset inserts with captive nuts.
It has space for nylock nuts, but you can use normal m3 if you don;t have nylock (maybe add a bit of threadlock compound).

Aside from the standard hardware in the stock sherpa mini, replace all the heatset inserts and bolts with the following:

4x m3 nylock

1x normal m3 nut (for the tension screw)

2x m3x20

2x m3x15 (or longer if you don't mind the threads sticking our the back)

2x m3x16 (or longer if you don't mind the threads sticking our the back)
