I wanted to use a Pi Zero 2 W to run Octoprint on my Prusa MINI instead of the Pi 4 I was using, and saw these models available. However, I didn't want to use the lid with no ventilation, and also wanted to install a small heatsink on the Pi Zero. I took the lid from the spy cam and added a few hex vents, and also a square 14x14mm cutout for the heatsink. You may need to make the square cutout a bit larger if you are using a bigger heatsink.
You'll need to print the “Z-Topper Solid Base” as well as the “Top Mod V1” files to use this lid, I've included them both here in the “Additional Files” folder. I printed these in PETG, PLA would probably be just fine too! You'll need a small screw (M2.5 I think?) to secure the lid.
I've since moved my Pi Zero 2 W to behind the display on my printer, but this solution works well too.
