Supermicro 847 fanwall: smc847fanwall.stl
This part is designed to be used in a Supermicro 847 server chassis with 3x140mm fans, replacing the stock fanwall. I used NF-A14 iPPC 3000 PWM fans for my fanwall. Attach the brackets to the server wall with some double sided sticky tape. The fanwall will slide in vertically, being held in place by the slots in the brackets. Use foam on the chassis floor and top cover to restrict any stray air. Make sure to stick foam in the missing corners of the bracket, as well as tape up any side inlets.
iStarUSA 3U chassis split fanwall (bonus): 120bot<variant>.stl
This is a fanwall for a 3U startech chassis. The one I had originally came with a bunch of stuff in the front of the server. I removed most of it, and relocated the PSU to make room. You could probably also make a bracket for the SFX psu to mount at the rear, but I never got to that. The fanwall is made for 120mm fans, I used 3xNF-F12. Included are three different brackets, you will need one of each to use the configuration I have in the image. The two left fans are ziptied together, and the right fan is freestanding. Ziptie the outside fans to the case near the top.
