I wanted to make a PTC heater mount for a PTC heater since my printer is in the garage, and despite the snow outside I have printing to do. I remixed MegaWill's minimalist[?] design to fit the z-rail on the Saturn 2, and did some triming/added a hole on the side for wiring: my PTC unit has pretty thick leads on it, and rather than remove them I figured I'd just rotate the heater 90 degrees. Though if you have a similar setup, I should warn that you will need to bend them to keep the wiring inside the reach of the Saturn 2 lid.
I've uploaded 2 versions of the heater body. The first should be compatible with rotating your PTC heater either way. The ‘reinforced’ model I but back in a little extra material for my sideways PTC orientation, namely around the screwholes, to help shore up the attachment points.
Original design recommends 5 perimeters in PrusaSlicer using 0.4mm nozzle and 0.16mm layer height, but I paid little attention to that on remixing, so certain areas may be thinner than others.
Be sure to use a filament with higher heat tolerance than PLA. While I suppose it still could work (depending on brand/formula), I wouldn't want to risk it softening the way most of my PLA does easily in a stiff summer breeze.
If anyone's interested, I can dig up my amazon purchase links on components, but I will warn I haven't run this for long yet so YMMV on cheap components.
