Introducing The Grinchament! I made this model to fit my aunt's Grinch themed christmas decorations with as little waste material as possible. As you can see, their decorations are huge so The Grinchament is too!

Each piece can be printed in desired color for the final project and without supports. As in the .3mf files attached, they can all be printed with only one perimeter and hollow (that lets the tree lights illuminate it!) to save material as well.

The face is depressed into the model to guide where to place the vinyl. One of the images can be taken into a Cricut to cut a sticker that matches. I recommend attaching the sticker before beginning assembly. If you don't have a vinyl cutter, you should be able to color in the grooves with a Sharpie.

You can use my .3mf files and be sure to change the nozzle diameter (I use a 0.6 mm as standard) to fit your printer or use the .stl files with these considerations:

Grinchament: Print upside down so the flat top of his head is flat on the bed. You can use vase mode, but I found much better success by painting a seam on the back, setting no bottom layers, and setting the first 4 layers to 4 perimeters to hold the clip better.

Clip: Make sure it's flat; one side is rounded. Slow the first layer speed way down for hooks to keep their shape. Make sure the hooks are hollow so they can bend well.

Cap and Hat: Set the flat parts down on the bed. You may need to push them into the bed to ensure the second layer perimeter has material under it.

When everything is printed, insert the clip into the hat (the curves need to line up) and get the holes at the top to align. Insert a string and tie a knot with a lot of slack. Pull the clip back out and squeeze the hooks to insert them through the holes in the cap. Make sure that the snowball on the cap aligns with the tip of the hat.  Repeat the hook squeeze and insert into the Grinchament, aligning the snowball whichever direction you like. Then pull the string taught to squeeze everything together and tie a knot to keep it all in place.
