The BLUE LEDs must be inserted in the "Powercell.stl" component
But after several attempts we realized that the only safe and stable way was to design and print a dedicated support.
- The oval slots to fix the board allow you to choose the desired height (led outside or led inside)
- The support base() can be unprinted by commenting the code with two slashes // support();
- It is necessary to drill a hole 10mm from the top right corner to optionally fix the plate with an M3
- An optional second hole is planned but commented
To separate and isolate the electronic card, use insulating separators.
We cut out some electrical wires.
The perfect diameter seems to be that of telephone cables. (see photo)
In any case, all the measurements are parametric and easily modifiable even by those unfamiliar with OpenSCAD, either by intervening directly in the code or by modifying the parameters in the Customizer window
For those who don't know OpenSCAD and don't want to learn it, just modify the variables in the "Customizer" window, type
F5 for a first preview,
F6 for the Render, and finally
F7 to generate the .STL file
